The Comras Company and Prime Sites Secure Flagship City Furniture Showroom

The Comras Company, South Florida’s leading retail leasing and development company, and Prime Sites Inc., announced the flagship retail tenant for District 36, the new mixed-use property developed by Mack Real Estate Group and Wharton Equity Partners. City Furniture, South Florida’s leading furniture retailer, will open a new location at 3635 NE 1st Avenue, their seventeenth Florida location.
Easily accessible by car and on foot, District 36 is perfectly situated to bridge the two districts – joining the Design District and Midtown. City Furniture executed a lease for approximately 28,000 square feet on primarily the second floor of District 36, spanning the entire northern blockfront of NE 36th Street from NE 1st Avenue to NE 1st Court. The property contains approximately 63,000 sq. ft. of retail, showroom and café space, with 195 rental apartments above. District 36 has tremendous visibility from the highway (I-195) and offers a dedicated garage for retail, showroom and restaurant customers.
