Stanford Furniture Introduces Spicy Colors, Fucshia, Cayenne To Marketing Introductions

Furniture World News Desk on 4/20/2017

Celebrating its 25th Anniversary, Upholstery fashion manufacturer Stanford Furniture is introducing during the April 2017 furniture market 25 new Zoom Fabrics with in-stock service performance to compliment a total of 132 new fabric introductions. These cover a broad range of price points, color palettes and performance specifications.

Along with compelling fabrics in Fuchsia, Blue, Cayenne and Spice colors, Stanford is bringing 20 new sofa, chair and sectional designs to the April 2017 furniture market held in High Point, NC.

“Visitors to our showroom will be inspired by exciting new upholstery styles, gorgeously textured fabrics with unexpected pops of color, and a performance story for real life--all designed by designers, to-the-trade showrooms, and fine furniture retailers across the country,” said Brandon Blell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the privately-held family company.

“We are known for our gorgeous fabric choices,” Blell said. “Even more so today. And we are expanding the diversity of our fabric options to include great options for the more value conscious.”

In addition to in-stock service, Zoom Fabrics feature performance fabric treatments including Crypton and Revolution, both of which have enhanced abrasion resistance, repel stains and soil, are suitable for heavy indoor use and typically can be cleaned easily with soap and water.

Stanford’s ability to manufacture custom-ordered, by-the-inch sections, remains a key differentiator in the competitive upholstered furniture arena, Blell said.

Stanford enhances the high-impact successful retail and to-the-trade room settings in its High Point showroom creations by inviting elite customers and designers to create their own vignettes. This April, 14 designers from 10 interior designer firms, boutique stores and to-the-trade showrooms across the country created displays in Stanford’s High Point Showroom.

“The relationships with our customers are what I cherish the most about our business,” said Randy Short, President and CEO of Stanford Furniture. “The opportunity to share our showroom with them, spending time with them and display their magnificent talent is humbling and gratifying. What a wonderful gift to have sich talented business partners that also count as friends.”

The designers and firms are: Amanda Purdom and Eryn Smith, Aster House Design, Manhattan, Kansas; Amber Graves and Jeffrey Sherrod, C. Maddox, Dallas, Texas; Derek Kuehl, NorthPoint Design Studio, Hayward, Wisconsin; Eric Krause, Eric Krause Designs, Tampa, Florida; Gail Cave, Greenfront Furniture, Farmville, Virginia; Jeff Avery, Magnolia, Tampa, Florida; Joni Vanderslice and Shell Neely, J. Banks Design, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Kate Binger, Dwelling, Jackson Hole, Wyoming;
Linda Dickens and Gina Carson, Carolina Furniture, Greenville, South Carolina; and
Lisa Mallory, Lisa Mallory Designs, Memphis, Tennessee.

“Our furniture is very versatile, and our customers are ingenious with their creativity. These settings are testimony to both,” Blell said. “We have had these display partnerships for several seasons now and there is no better way to tell a successful story about Stanford’s furniture than to create displays that mirror the success of our customers nationwide.”
