AD Modern, an authentic and thought-provoking furniture brand under the American Drew umbrella, is introducing a globally inspired and unconventional whole home collection at High Point Market this spring.

AD Modern launched at High Point Market last spring. The contemporary collection supplies functional, timeless pieces, while highlighting the genuine natural beauty of the materials with which they are made.

Synergy, motivated by eclectic materials that seem unlikely to stand on their own, combines unique shapes and textures to create a beautiful and functional combination for contemporary and traditional homes. Featuring American black walnut, Synergy reflects the distinctiveness and history in a piece of wood by incorporating character grade ambrosia maple; this wood is particularly admired across artisan industries for its unique character marks from ambrosia beetle wormholes. Through a combination of dyed and stained phases, authentic finishing techniques reveal the natural beauty of the wood. Crafted at room temperature, cold rolled steel prevents rust, provides strength and gives the steel a smoother, raw finish. Additionally, Synergy incorporates marble tabletops and metallic accents to balance the collection’s industrial components.

Aside from having impressive structural materials, each piece can stand alone or mix within an eclectic group.
