Community and charity focus have long been top priorities for FFO Home, evidenced by significant activity in 2016 throughout existing and new markets. The company’s largest charitable cause is a partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, sponsoring Dream Homes for the first time in 2016 in Springfield, MO and Wichita, KS, and for the third year in Tulsa, OK. Larry Zigerelli, FFO Home’s President and CEO stated, “we are very proud of our long-standing and growing relationship with such an outstanding organization and worthwhile cause as St Jude hospital.” The company also sponsored the Arkansas Special Olympics in Searcy, AR for the first time in 2016 and they will also be sponsoring the 2017 Oklahoma Special Olympics in Stillwater, OK where FFO opened a store on December, 2016. “The Special Olympics is a great organization that has over 4.4 million athletes around the world and we are thrilled to sponsor our local athletes”, said Braden Fouts, FFO Home’s Marketing/Event Coordinator. FFO Home also partnered with Toys for Tots in all of its locations last year during the holidays to collect over 600 new toys from FFO Home employees and customers across all of its locations to provide gifts for local children in need on Christmas Day. The brand was also proud to sponsor the Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, providing camp scholarships for several girl scouts.

FFO Home plans to continue investing in communities in its existing and new markets as it continues to expand in 2017. Said Zigerelli, “We not only want to provide top quality furniture at the lowest prices to our customers, we believe in investing in every community we serve through involvement in communities, charities, and local Chambers of Commerce” said Zigerelli. The company plans to open several new stores this year, the first of which is planned for April in Horn Lake, MS, the brand’s first location in Mississippi, as well as other locations in Oklahoma and the first store in Tennessee.
