Furniture World News Desk on 1/21/2017

Bedding manufacturer King Koil reports that it is looking to help its retail partners by enhancing the Express Comfort collection and introducing four iMattress roll-pack mattresses at the January Las Vegas Market.

The iMattress Express Comfort line features – two new hybrid styles and two all-foam designs. Each of the mattresses is designed for easy shipping and targets online shoppers. The mattresses are priced to retail from $699 to $999 in queen.

The two hybrid models feature the company’s newly expanded Perfect Contour Reaction, a proprietary coil system that supports improved sleep posture and motion reduction, and the Reaction Q2 Coil Edge for additional support and a more balanced sleeping surface. The two visco-foam styles feature iFusion technology, the company’s visco gel, and iNergex3, a highly responsive foam.

The four iMattress Express Comfort styles will be in the King Koil showroom, space A-538 in World Market Center, during Las Vegas Market, Jan. 22-26.

“There’s no denying that the bed-in-a-box category continues to gain momentum, and more and more retailers are offering mattresses via e-commerce. We want to empower our licensees and retailers to better compete in this category with feature-filled product that adds real value,” said Owen Shoemaker, president and COO of King Koil. “Our iMattress Express Comfort offers an incredible construction story using the latest technology that’s hard to beat. Couple the construction with the ease of shipping, and we’ll put these quality designs up against any bed in the marketplace.”

To complete the Express Comfort collection, King Koil introduces the Hypnos adjustable base and the King Koil Sleep Essentials program. The Hypnos is a UPS-friendly base set to retail at $1,299 in queen. The Sleep Essentials progam includes a variety of King Koil branded mattress protectors and pillows that are priced to retail from $34.99 to $119.99 in queen.
