NFM to Open New 500,000 Square Foot Showroom in Cedar Park, Texas

A $400 million complex is planned for Cedar Park, Texas, featuring a convention center, hotel and 500,000-square-foot NFM store.

NFM, previously known as Nebraska Furniture Mart, will be the anchor of the 117 acre project, which will be located on New Hope Drive in the Austin, Texas Suburb.

The complex will include a minimum 250-room hotel, a 30,000-square-foot convention center to be owned by the city of Cedar Park, 250,000-square-feet of commercial space for tenants, and the 500,000-square-foot NFM store as well as 700,000-square-foot NFM warehouse.

Construction is expected to begin in 2024 with opening planned for 2025, according to the city.
