The New England Chapter of the National Home Furnishings Assn. announced that it will gather June 14 at the Blackstone National Golf Club in Sutton, Mass., for their fourth annual golf tournament benefiting The Home for Little Wanderers.

“The New England Chapter is very pleased to support The Home,” says New England Chapter President Joe Quintal of Rotmans Furniture in Worcester, Mass.  “I invite New Englanders to come out and support this very worthwhile organization while playing some golf and relaxing with friends old and new.”

With roots dating back to 1799, The Home for Little Wanderers is the nation’s oldest and one of New England's largest non-profit child and family service agencies.  Its services include early childhood, adoption, foster care, clinical and family support, residential care, special education, independent living, and case management.

For registration and sponsorship information, contact NHFA at (800) 888-9590 or mbolek@nhfa.org.   For tournament information, contact Jonathan Boyle at jboyle@circlefurniture.com.

The New England Chapter of the National Home Furnishings Association brings easily accessible educational programs and other business-related programs and activities to the furniture industry in Mass., Conn., Maine, R.I., N.H. and Vt.

National Home Furnishings Association (NHFA) is the nation’s largest organization devoted specifically to the needs and interests of home furnishings retailers.

Furniture World is the oldest, continuously published trade publication in the United States. It is published for the benefit of furniture retail executives. Print circulation of 20,000 is directed primarily to furniture retailers in the US and Canada.  In 1970, the magazine established and endowed the Bernice Bienenstock Furniture Library (www.furniturelibrary.com) in High Point, NC, now a public foundation containing more than 5,000 books on furniture and design dating from 1620.
