Las Vegas Market Extends Home Décor Growth Streak

Las Vegas Market recently announced another round of home décor growth with the addition of new and expanding better home décor showrooms as well an influx of new and notable temporary home décor exhibitors in Pavilion 2. The Summer 2018 Las Vegas Market is July 28 to August 2.

“Las Vegas Market is a magnet for design-driven home décor suppliers, with an ever-increasing depth and breadth of resources in this category,” said Julie Messner, Senior Vice of Furniture & Home Décor Leasing for International Market Centers. “As the leading furniture, home décor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market offers a one-stop-shop setting for dynamic decorative merchandise designed to serve the needs of an increasingly-diverse retail customer base, including buyers for independent shops, major national retailers and leading high-end designers.”

Better home décor resources are continuing to amass in Las Vegas Market’s Building C, on floors C4 and C5, as well as on select floors in Buildings A and B. Eight newcomers for Summer Market include: Artisan House, known for its collection of eclectic, decorative wall décor, in 1,080 square feet on C5; Aspen Brands, suppliers of favors and gifts for weddings, bridal showers and baby showers, in 850 square feet on C5; luxury linens provider Avasa Home, in 1,041 square feet on C5; Banyan Designs Limited, suppliers of wall art, lighting, accent furniture and accessories, in 2,382 square feet on C4; Bluworld HOMelements, manufacturers of water fountains, water features and bio-ethanol fireplaces, in 1,973 square feet on C4; Mastour Est. 1890, suppliers of fine antique and reproduction rugs and carpets, in 1,200 square feet on C5; Pom Pom at Home, providers of cotton, linen and velvet bedding, in 1,637 square feet on C5; and Reemka, known for upscale furniture and accessories, in 2,638 square feet on B3.

Additionally, two current tenants – Northwood Collection and UMA Home Décor – are relocating into new, expanded showrooms in time for the Summer Market. Northwood Collection, creators of original paintings, wall art, mirrors and accessories, is more than doubling its size with a new 3,140-square-foot showroom on A4; and UMA Home Décor, providers of tabletop accessories, wall décor, accent furniture, floral accessories, garden items and lighting, expands into a new 29,034-square-foot showroom on C4. As previously announced, Torre & Tagus, supplier of clean, contemporary home décor and accessories from around the world, also is expanding to 2,506 square feet in a new location on C1.

Pavilion Two also will showcase a concentration of new and notable home décor resources within its HOME, DESIGN HOME and DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace categories, with specific category growth in tabletop, textiles, lighting and home décor expected for Summer Market. Newcomers to DESIGN HOME include: Anywhere Fireplace; Dala Decor (custom decor and accent furniture); Johanna Howard Home (sustainable luxury Alpaca home decor and textiles); Jo-Liza International (furniture and decor inspired by the Philippines); Lewis Interiors (accessible custom furniture); Light In Art (custom, stained glass lighting); and Magdalena York Collection (design centric, vinyl, hand woven area rugs and accessories). Newcomers to HOME include: OutWest Products (baskets, accent furniture pieces/displays, and decorative boxes); Rodeo Cowhide Rugs Leather & Accessories; Shenzen Qianhai Maci Technology Co., LTD (lamps and lighting); and Zingz & Thingz (decorative accessories). Notable among DISCOVERIES are: Age of Industry; Brayden & Brooks; D Home; DJem; Forever Green Art; Golden Oldies; House of Cindy; Uber Chic Home; and Vintage Addiction.

Since 2013, better home décor growth has accelerated and design-driven resources have been better concentrated to create efficiencies for buyers. Currently, Las Vegas Market presents more than 1.1 million square feet of home décor resources across 11 showrooms floors in Buildings A, B and C, along with temporary exhibitors in The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market.
