Ashley Homestore and Ole Miss Athletics Host Hope to Dream Event

Ashley HomeStore (AHS), in conjunction with Ole Miss Athletics recently announced that they have provided 50 children in the Oxford, Mississippi area with an entire bed set of their very own on Wednesday, March 21st.

Ashley HomeStore and Ole Miss Athletics hosted a Hope to Dream event at the Manning Center, located on the Ole Miss Campus. Each bed set included a twin mattress set, pillow, sheets and comforter. These children were selected through Ashley HomeStore’s Hope to Dream program and local community partners in Oxford.

Hope to Dream is an initiative started by AHS to provide children in the community who do not have a bed to call their own. A portion of all mattress sales at AHS goes toward supporting the Hope to Dream program, which has supported 50,000 children across the nation since its inception in 2010.

The event also included fun kids activities, a facility tour, inflatables, photo booth, food (provided by Chick-Fil-A), and gift bags for each of the children provided by Ashley HomeStore and Ole Miss Athletics. Representatives from Ole Miss Athletics as well as executives from Ashley HomeStore also spoke at the event.
