Retro Designs and Modern Finishes Featured in Latest Hammary Collections

Hammary recently announced that it is revealing 11 new furniture collections at High Point Market this spring, with each collection illustrating unique design inspiration while staying functional.

“Hammary has long provided designers functional yet stylish options as they source unique pieces for their clients’ homes, and we’re pleased to share these new inspirations in 11 collections this season,” said Randy Huff, vice president of merchandising for Hammary. “The new Hammary collections focus more on fashion-forward trends, playing on patterns and retro designs. Each collection features unique style elements and we are thrilled to reveal a range of options, from transitional symmetry to more abstract, oblique designs.”

Chevron features solid wood stock legs, a design feature that evokes strength and durability. Intentional and simple design elements, such as square legs, are classic yet sturdy and practical. Table tops feature planks in a chevron pattern with assorted reclaimed wood providing instant character to this collection. A castered rectangular cocktail adds mobility and a three-tiered end table allows for multi-purpose use.

Tribute is a five-table collection, and includes a smaller-scale cocktail table to take advantage of limited interior spaces. Each piece serves multiple uses with deep compartment areas for practical storage while displaying treasured items. Unique, functional latches add a thought-provoking design element to each table.

Paragon features transitional styling with elegant-curved shapes combined with slanting glass tops to create a light, airy and spacious feel that will coordinate with any design aesthetic. This collection is comprised of five tables including a rectangular and round cocktail table, rectangular and round end table and sofa table. Each table incorporates a metal frame with shapely stretchers and beveled glass tops.

Marin is comprised of six tables, including both rectangular and square cocktail tables and a rectangular lift-top cocktail. Each cocktail table features casters for ease of movement. Additional design elements include wire brushed textures on the tables as well as metal brackets on the corners.

Featuring sleek, transitional styling Tranquil combines metal, wood and glass to create a sophisticated look. This collection includes glass inset tops coupled with metal legs and a stylish slatted shelf. The finish is a warm, nutmeg united with metal legs finished in a lightly-textured gray with bronze and pewter highlights.

Elements of Trillion are simplistic and practical. Comprised of only a few pieces, clean and modern metal delivers a geometric theme – the collection mixes popular shapes, materials and finishes. Quartered oak veneers appear in natural tones with added enhancements throughout, and a metal base is in a rich oiled bronze finish.

Darrington is a seven-piece collection of occasional, home-entertainment and home-office furniture. Its transitional style combines soft, traditional elements with metal bases and legs. Two prominent cocktail tables are featured in Darrington; a rectangle, lift-top table with storage and a three-tiered table with tubular legs and collars. Other additions include complementary end table and a three-tiered sofa table with soft-close drawers.

The most prominent feature of Eton is the unique design of the metal features. The design incorporates angled legs that cross underneath tempered glass tops. The console is a feature piece that can be used for entertainment, and showcases horizontal chevron door fronts, refined and tapered metal legs and a travertine top.

Cheyenne is a five-table collection that includes a spacious entertainment console. Artfully crafted with generously-scaled square legs and thick-rimmed tops made from reclaimed pine, these pieces feature timeworn details and natural distressing. Cheyenne’s highlight is a unique stretcher and shelf combination made with metal and wood.

Oblique’s two-piece nesting cocktail is oblique with metal hairpin legs. The smaller of the two nests under the larger one to create a variety of shapes and sizes. It fits well with different size sofas, loveseats and sectionals. The chairside provides ample two drawer storage and a sleek pedestal accent table completes the occasional setting. A wide entertainment console mirrors the design of the chairside, has ample storage and accommodates wide-screen TVs used in many of today’s homes. 

Constructed from reclaimed pine, Lakeland provides both on-trend form and function for the modern lifestyle. The cabinet cocktail has two soft-close drawers with rustic finger pull cutouts and two upper cubbies allow easy and concealed storage for a remote, iPad or magazine.

Products will be on display in the 75,000-square-foot showroom for Hammary, American Drew and Kincaid Furniture, located in C926 on the ninth floor of the International Home Furnishings Center.
