Eclipse International Names Karns To Head Eastern Region

Karns has more than 30 years of experience in the sales and marketing of bedding brands with leading mattress manufacturers King Koil, Englander and Serta.

Eclipse International reports that it took another step in adding to its sales leadership team by naming industry veteran Steve Karns regional vice president of sales and marketing overseeing its eastern region.
Karns has more than 30 years of experience in the sales and marketing of bedding brands with leading mattress manufacturers King Koil, Englander and Serta. Most recently, Karns was vice president of sales for Blue Bell Mattress.

In his new position with Eclipse International, Karns will manage five sales representatives and cover a territory that includes Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

“As we continue to expand our brand and our reach along the East Coast, we wanted a strong sales leader to work with our sales team and our retailers to help them grow their businesses,” said Stuart Carlitz, CEO of Eclipse International. “Steve has built long-standing relationships in the region and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position. In his new position, Karns reports to Tom Rehwinkle, vice president of sales and marketing for Eclipse. Karns lives in Dillsburg, Pa., with his wife.
