CH Living Signs Lease for New High Point Showroom

CH Living recently reported that it is tripling their High Point Showroom for Fall Market to 5,000 square feet and moving to the fourth floor of the C&D Building. “Over the last year our product line has grown to include a wider range of current styles and we need the floor space to show the depth of the product line. In addition, when we looked at the available showroom space we gravitated to the C&D Building because it has become a fashion source for the traditional retailer and the design trade,” stated Konda Berry, director of business development and sales.
CH Living, headquartered on the West Coast in southern California, recently broaden its focus to include the eastern United States with a new production facility in Greensboro, NC. This focus created the desire for au courant fabrics, profiles and tailoring techniques that grew the line significantly. “For example, we see trending in blues, a love of textures and adaptations in fashion for familiar fabrics such as denim. Our new leather alternatives, The Veganista Collection™, will also extend the line,” commented Kayvan Torabian, Designer/CEO. “Fun, fashion upholstered items are very hot right now with Millennials. They are our main targets.” The Get Your Denim On Collection and the The Veganista Collection™ will be on full display in the new showroom.
On October 21st at 5 pm CH Living will have a ribbon cutting and cocktail party to formally celebrate the new showroom.
