Owner and President of Manna Freight Systems Inc, Alan J. Meehan recently announced that Mark Fierek was named Vice President of Home Delivery Sales at Manna Freight Systems last week.
“Mark is a career sales professional who has been instrumental in nurturing and building great relationships with our commercial customers for many years, and he has earned this leadership position through hard work, personal and professional growth, and sales success,” Meehan said.
In his new role, Fierek will be responsible for managing all the company’s sales groups focused on the various segments of the home delivery industry including Last Mile Home, Manna Distribution Services, and Orion Air Ride.
Fierek is a 32-year industry veteran, 17 of which have been with Manna. He oversaw the sales team in the Detroit area office before moving to the headquarters operation in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro where he was instrumental in building the Manna Distribution Services brand. He was most recently General Manager of the Orion Air Ride brand at Manna, responsible for the P&L, while managing Orion’s sales and operations. Mark is First Vice President of the Specialized Furniture Carriers, a division of the American Home Furnishings Alliance, and is a regular speaker and panelist at industry events.
