Jaipur Living recently announced that they have appointed Michael Callaghan as Vice President of Sales. A flooring industry veteran, Callaghan will lead the company’s multi-channel salesforce, with a focus on driving next-level performance and profitability. He joins at a pivotal moment in Jaipur Living’s brand story, as the company enters a new chapter marked by a refreshed identity following more than a decade of steady growth in key categories that include award-winning rugs and home accent products.

Callaghan brings nearly three decades of diverse experience encompassing multinational team leadership, sales, marketing, branding, HR and finance. Most recently, he completed a 25-year tenure with world-renowned Milliken and Company, one of the biggest privately-held textile and chemical companies in the US, offering a Floor Coverings division that is one of the largest global manufacturers of carpet tiles. As Director of Global Accounts, Callaghan developed strategies that led Milliken’s global sales organization to record growth across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. He helped lead the transformation of Milliken from a US-focused, market-specific business to a key global partner of Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, providing customer-focused flooring solutions that resolved complexities.

Callaghan holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Bowling Green State University and is an alum of Milliken’s executive leadership program, completing graduate-level curriculum at six off-site universities. Throughout his award-winning career, Callaghan has been honored with over 40 prestigious awards and recognitions for his stellar sales performance and leadership.
