Actor Bryan Cranston Debuts 3Palms Project At Dwell On Design With Support From Resource Furniture

On June 24th, Bryan Cranston appeared at Dwell on Design at the LA Convention Center
 to debut his sustainable 3Palms Project. Resource Furniture and Bryan Cranston have teamed up, united in their shared commitment to design innovation in a display of smart living at Dwell’s annual design event.

3Palms, Cranston’s cutting edge net-zero energy home project, will be front and center in the upcoming season of the Real Green series, scheduled to air this Fall. Seeking dual certifications under the Passive House and LEED for Homes (platinum level) standards, Cranston’s aim for 3Palms, an elegant representation of cost effective sustainable design and construction, is to achieve a level reached by only a handful of homes to date.

“My goal with this home is to show the world that living responsibly and living comfortably are not mutually exclusive.” States Cranston. “Smartly designed “transforming” furniture allows us to utilize our living space in a very efficient, flexible and stylish manner.”

3Palms utilizes the Nuovoliola 10, a self-standing system that transforms effortlessly from a Queen sized bed to a comfortable and convenient sofa, offering additional storage underneath the sofa seat. Resource will be showcasing similar transforming systems at the Dwell on Design show, specifically the Clei Lollisoft, Cabrio and newly launched Open Space systems.
