Sleep City Donates 700 Beds to Those in Need

Furniture World News

Missoula Montana based retailer Sleep City  announced the continued success of the Sleep4All Program. Since its inception in August 2011, Sleep City’s Sleep4All program has donated 700 mattresses to those in need.

“Our local communities have been fantastic. We could not help nearly as many families without the support of our communities” said vice president Mark Wells. “We are finding that the greatest demand is for twin and full mattress sizes. The majority of the requests we receive are for children who are sleeping without a bed. In the coming months we are actively seeking donations for these sizes. We want to provide a bed for these kids to sleep in.”

Sleep City’s Sleep4All program provides beds to those in need. This includes a mattress recycling program, mattress donation drop off points at Sleep City locations, donations of brand new beds to organizations in need and an online resource center to connect those who need mattresses with those who want to help.

Sleep4All currently serves Montana, Idaho and Washington and is actively soliciting mattress donations. “We are passionate about this program and excited about its continued success” said Director of Marketing Patti Earling.
