A GOOD LEADER...

  1. knows failure is not fatal.

  2. knows it is more responsible to try and fail, than to fail to try.

  3. knows having no special goals or purpose increases the odds for failure.

  4. knows if you do not exercise self-discipline, you cannot expect those that you lead to exercise self-discipline.

  5. knows waiting for the "right time" before making a decision may allow opportunity to pass you by.

These weekly “Monday Morning Management Tips” are jointly provided by both Country View Woodworking and Furniture World.
