Officials with International Market Centers, L.P. (IMC), the world’s largest business platform for three complementary industries—furnishings, home décor and gift—announced the addition of three new Gift Leasing Directors. The addition of these seasoned industry leaders will further position Las Vegas as the west’s premier destination for the total gift and home industry.

Joining the Gift Leasing team are Scott Kramer, Pam Williams and Dianne Woellner-Krupp. All three Leasing Directors will focus their efforts on growing IMC’s west coast platform at Las Vegas Market with new gift suppliers. In their new positions, all three directors will be responsible for continuing the robust growth of Gift + Home at Las Vegas Market, while also launching new categories in both World Market Center Las Vegas’ permanent showrooms and the gift temporaries/trade show.

“Gift + Home at Las Vegas Market has seen considerable growth during the last two years—as much as 46 percent increase in gift store attendance. Combined with a number of leading suppliers in the gift industry signing new leases at World Market Center—and many more on the horizon—the momentum is unstoppable,” said Dorothy Belshaw, who was recently named IMC’s President of Gift. “The common theme in the industry, which has driven all of this great talent to IMC, is that gift suppliers and buyers alike want Las Vegas to emerge as the western market.”

Prior to joining the IMC team, Kramer was a longtime sales executive with the New York International Gift Fair, where he has been the Exhibit Sales Manager since June of 2008. In that position he was responsible for maintaining an exhibitor base of 700-plus accounts and prospecting new vendors. Prior to that, he was a gift retailer in the northeast. Pam Williams joins IMC bringing more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the IMC team. Most recently, she served as the Divisional Sales Director for the California Gift Show, where she had been the top sales producer for the past five years. In her position with the gift show, she created innovative strategies and destinations, including Kentia and World Style, that supported more than 500 domestic and international relationships. Woellner-Krupp most recently served as Director of Category: Consumer Products Licensing Division for the Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for strategic brand planning, contract negotiations and new business development. Her focus was on stationery and social expression gifts.

“The addition of Scott, Pam and Dianne brings IMC a diverse set of competencies across different product categories and communities, from general gift, to handmade and craft, to stationery and licensing products. Collectively they will add the necessary strength, relationships and firepower to our existing leasing team’s efforts, firmly positioning World Market Center Las Vegas as the western hub of total home resources,” added Belshaw.
