Richard Lozyniak Named Inerim CEO Heritage Home Group, LLC, Joins Board of Directors

Signifying a shift towards investment in growth, Heritage Home Group, LLC announced that Richard Lozyniak has joined its Board of Directors and has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer. In addition to leading HHG on a day-to-day basis, Mr. Lozyniak will assist the Board in recruiting a permanent CEO for the Company. Mr. Lozyniak has served as Chief Executive Officer of three portfolio companies of KPS Capital Partners, LP (“KPS”), HHG’s controlling stockholder. Most recently he was CEO of North American Breweries, Inc., one of the largest independent beer companies in the United States. Ira Glazer, CEO of HHG since its formation in 2013, is leaving the Company.
