HFIA and TD Bank Announce Winner of $250 Gift Card

Furniture World News

Home Furnishings Independents Association (HFIA), one of the nation’s largest retail trade associations, announced that Stacey Cooper, Skeen Furniture Company, Carlsbad, New Mexico, has been selected as the winner of a $250 gift card provided by TD Bank.

“I was very surprised. I don’t ever win anything,” said Cooper. Founded in 1935 by Cooper’s grandfather and great grandparents, Skeen Furniture Company has been serving the Pecos Valley and West Texas for four generations.

Cooper’s business card was drawn as part of a raffle sponsored by HFIA and TD Bank to promote the organizations’ partnership. The raffle was open to all dealers who visited the HFIA booth during the High Point Market, left a business card and received information about the Renovate private label credit card program offered by TD Bank.

The Renovate Card plan, a new product available to HFIA members through TD Retail Card Services, provides a full range of custom financing options, discounted rates and special member benefits. Advantages of the program include a high average retail ticket, rapid credit decisions, ongoing promotional support, and domestic servicing performed at TD Bank’s headquarters in Mahwah, New Jersey.

HFIA, the voice of independent-thinking home furnishings professionals, offers a comprehensive range of business services dedicated to providing solutions to meet business owners’ needs. HFIA manages the behind-the-scenes store services that allow owners to focus on their top priority, customers. Member services include discounted bankcard processing, consumer financing, marketing programs, competitively-priced business insurance, online furniture sales training and more.
