The High Point Market Authority Recognizes Outgoing Board Members

At its annual board meeting, the High Point Market Authority recognized the service of several outgoing board members. Completing their board term at the end of 2014 is:
- Jena Hall, President, Jena Hall Designs, Ltd.
- Tom Mitchell, President, Home Furnishings Leasing, International Market Centers
- Joe Mussallem, President, Man Wah USA
- Kevin O’Connor, President/CEO, Samson Marketing
- Mena Parrish, Chair, High Point Convention & Visitors Bureau
- Mark Phillips, CEO, The Phillips Collection
- Tim Schelfe, Director of Interior Design, JDavis Architects
- Bernita Sims, former Mayor of the City of High Point
Chairman Doug Bassett, President of Vaughan-Bassett, said, “We are thankful for the years of guidance and wise counsel these members of our board have provided us. They will be missed, but we have a great incoming group that will be able to pick up right where they left off.”
Outgoing board members were presented with plaques at the October 22, 2014, board meeting at the String and Splinter.
