Carolina Mattress Guild To Premiere Crāve At High Point Market

After a very successful soft-launch at July’s Las Vegas Market, Carolina Mattress Guild says it is preparing to debut their new National collection, CRāVE, at October’s upcoming High Point Market.

CRāVE’s initial roll-out includes a line-up of 14 encased Innerspring sets ranging from $399 up through $1,899 (Queen MSRP). With the exception of the two starter models, the Good-Better-Best line utilizes wrapped coil cores and easy to understand step-ups (foundation upgrades, the addition of handles, the addition of gel-visco, the addition of gel-infused latex, etc.) at sought-after price points. At the “Best” end of the spectrum, the top four models utilize an incredibly unique, zoned, wrapped-coil unit with Steel Coil Perimeter Encasement which is a sturdier and more durable alternative to traditional foam encasement. Additionally, the top model in the line (The IS-R) features a mini-coil unit in its box top, offering a coil-on-coil story with an unbelievable feel.

The debut of the new CRāVE innerspring collection and its vibrant branding marks the next step in a large-scale effort to create a consolidated brand portfolio that has appeal within the national market. Beginning in December 2014, CMG will be paring down its wide variety of collections to offer retailers a more unified, easily identifiable grouping of lines that makes sense and appeals to consumers. Future plans for CRāVE include line extensions for both Latex and Memory Foam models, as well as a catalog of bold, attractive point of purchase materials for retailers.

Carolina Mattress Guild will once again be showing in their permanent Furniture Plaza Showroom (Space #100) at October’s High Point Market. The showroom will be open for the duration of the Market, from 8:00am through 6:00pm daily (and during off-hours by appointment only). Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
