PatioDaddyO reported  that it will unveil its premier collection of exterior grade, engineered bamboo furniture at the International Casual Furniture Show on September 16th in Chicago.

Marrying the unique qualities of this bamboo material with a legacy of fine furniture craftsmanship, Patio DaddyO provides trend forward designs with classic, remarkably comfortable and enduring construction. Finally, a new and stylish “green”’ alternative is available for the discerning outdoor consumer.

Company founder and CEO Kevin Kauffman shares,“In addition to bamboo’s inherent beauty, this fast growing, renewable resource enjoys better technical performance in hardness, stability and strength than hardwoods. Bamboo has natural anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agents which inhibit decay and includes unique silica fibers that are naturally resistant to insects and wood eating pests.’”

Kauffman, a veteran furniture manufacture is also the co-founder and president of Simply Amish, a successful and well regarded manufacturer of premium indoor casegoods products which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year.
