Somerton Dwelling Promotes Dave Pinamonti to President

Rita Ho-Bezzola, President and CEO, Somerton Dwelling, announced the promotion of Dave Pinamonti to President of the company effective immediately.

Dave Pinamonti, joined Somerton Dwelling last year as Executive VP and has lead the company’s rebranding efforts by posturing the company to retailers that are growing their businesses with the young and younger thinking consumers. This change in the retail landscape has created the demand for products and services that a mobile and global thinking consumer desires.

“Establishing a product line with design and innovation focused on today’s lifestyle environments was our first goal. Simultaneously, a strong marketing plan to support both our customers and our sales team was developed,” states Dave Pinamonti. With a solid foundation in place, Pinamonti will focus on the expansion of the North American market; taking on the day-to-day operations decisions.

Rita Ho-Bezzola will remain CEO and concentrate her efforts in Somerton Dwelling’s oversea efforts. “Integrating technology into our business structure will allow us to play on a global retail field,” states Rita. “We already see the opportunities to satisfy consumers who look to Americans for style and design.”

Somerton Dwelling stepped up its game this year by adding, to the company’s mainstay Dining, products in Bedroom, Occasional, Entertainment and Work Space. A new consumer-centric website was also launched this year.

Somerton Dwelling is a Sales and Marketing Company specializing in Home Furnishings for Dining, Sleeping, Living and Working. It has evolved from originally being established in Taiwan in 1983, and then setting up manufacturing facilities in China in 1992.

Opening for business in 2004 In the United States, Somerton Dwelling has its corporate office and distribution center in Corona, CA, and an additional East Coast warehouse facility located in Stoneville NC.
