Omnia Leather Appoints Katherine Skinner as Merchandising Manager

Omnia Leather, domestic manufacturer of leather stationary and motion furniture, is pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Skinner as its new Merchandising Manager. A new position created for the West Coast manufacturer, Skinner's title will entail both

Omnia's leather upholstery and its fabric upholstery division, American Elegance by Omnia. Skinner will be responsible for sourcing new fabrics and merchandising styles for all of Omnia's product categories to complement the existing products on display in their Las Vegas and High Point showrooms. She will also help to create a strategic marketing plan to expand American Elegance in the market alongside Omnia Leather.

Katherine Skinner comes from an extensive background in both retail and manufacturing, where she merchandised the fabric programs for upper mid-level furniture retailers and West Coast furniture manufacturers. “We are excited to have Katherine join our team and become an integral part of our planned growth” says Peter Zolferino, President of Omnia Leather.
