Sleep Train to Acquire America’s Mattress in Hawaii

Sleep Train announced that it has made an agreement to acquire America’s Mattress in Hawaii. The acquisition includes nine local America’s Mattress stores: five stores on Oahu, two stores on the Big Island in Kona and Hilo, and one each on the islands of Maui and Kauai. The deal is expected to close on April 23rd.

Sleep Train, the parent company to Sleep Train Mattress Centers, Sleep Country USA, Mattress Discounters, and Got Sleep?, has opened 30 new stores over the last 15 months, including the recently opened Sleep Train stores in Bakersfield and Woodland, California, in addition to a new Got Sleep? in Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, CA. The acquisition of America’s Mattress brings the enterprise’s store count to more than 300.
