Ekornes, Inc. Announces Peter Bjerregaard As New President

Mr. Peter Bjerregaard has been appointed as the new President at Ekornes, Inc., the US headquarters of the Norwegian furniture manufacturer of the same name. Formerly employed by Ecco, the Danish shoe company, Mr. Bjerregaard is an experience international manager with a successful track record in marketing, sales and general management. Mr. Svein Lunde, International Marketing Director for Ekornes ASA, the parent company of Ekornes Inc., says, “Peter is a wonderful fit for Ekornes in that Ecco, his former employer, markets and distributes its products in a similar way as Ekornes.
