HFIA Introduces New Merchant Discount Rates

As merchants' bankcard processing rates continue to rise, Home Furnishings International Association announced its new rate of 1.47%, based on qualified transactions with an average ticket of $500 or more. This rate is available to businesses in the home furnishings industry. The program, with no transaction fees or monthly statement fees, provides dealers with one of the lowest rates in the industry. HFIA has been serving the industry since 1923 and is based out of the World Trade Center in Dallas, TX. The Association has been in partnership with First USA Paymentech for over 5 years and serves 1200 members in 48 states on this program.
