HFIA Gives Away Two Trips During High Point Market

Stopping by the Home Furnishings International Association’s (HFIA) booth during the April High Point market was a fun and profitable experience for home furnishings retailers. Two grand prizes were given away -- a 3-day cruise for two and a Cozumel getaway. The cruise was awarded to HFIA members John and Carolyn Warrick of Warrick Furniture, Plainview, Texas. The trip to Cozumel went to Bruce Steinberg of Steinberg’s Furniture, Peru, Illinois. Both trips were provided by GE Card Services. A Visor Handspring personal digital assistant (courtesy of Paymentech) was won by John Andrews of Wicker Imports, Frazer, Pennsylvania. Also awarded were gift certificates from Dismar for sales aids, hundreds of dollars in cash from Member Insurance and GE Card Services, along with other fun prizes.
