Currey & Company Appoints Marion Kelly President

Marion Kelly has been appointed president of Currey & Company, the Atlanta based manufacturer of lighting products, occasional furniture and garden accessories effective July 7th. Kelly has served as publisher of Home Accents Today and Casual Living trade publications since 1993. Prior to that he was vice president of leasing for home furnishings properties at the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. A native of South Carolina, he began his association with the home furnishings industry as a sales representative for Lee Kennedy & Associates, representing several lines in Florida. “We are looking forward to the new energy and dynamism that we see Marion bringing to our organization,” says Robert B. Currey, CEO and founder of the company. Currey began his new product development and marketing company as Garden Source in 1988, specializing in historic garden furnishings. The name has changed and the product line has evolved through the years and Currey & Company today is known for its carefully crafted lighting products. Showrooms are located in Atlanta, Dallas and High Point.
