Furniture First Cooperative Relocates And Expands Headquarters

Furniture First, a member-owned and geographically exclusive national buying cooperative announced the relocation and expansion of its corporate headquarters. Furniture First’s new headquarters is a 2,300 square foot facility with growth potential to 3,000 square feet, located at 6041 Linglestown Rd., Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17112. Furniture First has also grown to nine staff members, including Dave Schmitt, the New Membership Development Manager. He has been in the furniture business for 14 years and the Membership Development Business for 24 years. Furniture First also welcomed the following new Members: Gary Shields of C & S Furniture Gallery in Coralville, IA; Leslie Fishbein of Kacey Fine Furniture in Denver, CO; Bruce Larson of Larson’s Home Furnishings in Medford, OR; andTerry Thornton of Thornton Furniture in Bowling Green, KY. Furniture First Cooperative currently has 112 company members with over 220 stores in 40 states, representing approximately $750,000,000 in furniture and mattress sales.
