Mastercraft Furniture International Acquired by Orange Galleon Corporation

Mastercraft Furniture International’s (MFI) assets were acquired by Orange Galleon Corporation. MFI is a manufacturer of pine and oak furniture located in a 12,000 square foot facility in Anaheim, California. Bedroom sets, entertainment units and other occasional furniture have been MFI’s key product lines over the past several years. Orange Galleon will operate the business under the Mastercraft brand name and continue to provide high quality wood furniture to the region’s furniture retailers. “Mastercraft has made a name for itself by supplying innovative products with short lead times. This formula has proven successful in competing with imported products. We intend to build upon this approach and look for ways to provide even more value to our customers” stated Jonah Jimenez, President of Orange Galleon.
